We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was really comfortable, providing a peaceful sleep. The hot plates at breakfast were delicious, and the staff were very helpful, keeping our bags safely until the end of the day. The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from a large shopping center, making shopping convenient at any time. Additionally, the walk by the riverside to the downtown area was beautiful and pleasant.

The nearby restaurant, Outback Steakhouse, was as close as 400 feet from the hotel. Room was very clean. Liked the pool. Free WiFi was a bonus.

I had a person who wanted to visit me without my permission. The reception guy woke me up and asked me if the visitor can come up to my room. I told him no 3 times, but the visitor still showed up and bothered me for hours. There was no good security and I was in fear for my life. Aside from that issue, my stay at Ibis Piracicaba was great. The bed was comfortable, the hot plates at breakfast were delicious, and the staff was helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near a mall and the walk by the riverside is beautiful. I would recommend this hotel.
